Throughout the month of August, we're donating a portion of proceeds from every oyster sold to our partners at Billion Oyster Project, supporting their mission to restore oyster reefs throughout New York Harbor.  

Year-round, Billion Oyster Project collects discarded oyster shells from restaurants across the city, giving them a second life as the foundation for new reefs that help create a healthier, more resilient harbor.
